๐Ÿ“ Sippin’ Sunday: From Local to Global

The Sunday after Thanksgiving usually means rest for some—but not this time around. My little shop has been in full-blown holiday hustle mode. Where I used to average around 10 orders a week, I’ve been packing and prepping 10 orders a day lately ๐Ÿ˜… and loving every chaotic minute of it. A huge milestone this week? I got my first international orders—one from Mexico and one from the United Kingdom. Y’ALL. I literally gasped when I saw the addresses. The idea that something I crafted with my own two hands is now heading out into the world beyond the U.S.? That feeling is hard to describe… but it’s somewhere between teary-eyed pride and squealing excitement. I’ve got my last market of the season coming up and I’m hosting a cozy little open house for friends to swing by and grab last-minute gifts (and maybe a cup of cafecito). I’m feeling a mix of blessed, anxious, and excited—just grateful for the love, support, and the wild joy that creating brings. Let’s go finish this year strong. ๐Ÿ’ช...

Sippin’ Sunday – A Grateful Close to a Crafty Season

Image
This weekend was the perfect exhale after an incredible stretch of creativity, connection, and community. On Friday night, I hosted a private wreath party in someone’s home — it was intimate, joyful, and full of laughs. Everyone’s wreaths turned out beautifully, and you could feel the pride in every bow tied and ribbon fluffed. Saturday morning came early, but it was worth it — I hosted a glass wrap craft party at a local church with 12 amazing individuals. Watching them dive into something new, smile through the process, and even say “I think I just found a new hobby!” made my whole day. The church leader was warm and welcoming, and I have a good feeling we’ll get to partner again. Who knows, I may have even found a new church home. This week, I’ll be working just a couple of days before officially shifting into recharge mode — celebrating Thanksgiving, resting up, and soaking in the moments with those I love. Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’re crafting with m...

Flex Friday: Gratitude, Rest, and the Gift of Time ๐Ÿงก✨

Image
This Flex Friday is a little different — softer, slower, and filled with gratitude. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and for me, that means stepping back from the hustle and leaning into the people who matter most. Next week, I’m taking time off to be with family — cooking, laughing, resting, and just being. Because no matter how busy life gets, no matter how many orders, events, or markets I’m prepping for, this time of year reminds me of something simple and powerful: Your work can wait. Your people cannot. So I’ll be skipping Flex Friday and Sippin’ Sunday next week — not because the creativity stops, but because this season calls for presence, peace, and connection. I’ll be back the Sunday after Thanksgiving with new updates, new energy, and probably a tummy full of leftovers. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿฆƒ This Week’s Reminder ๐Ÿงก Give thanks for the people who fuel you — the ones who lift you, support you, encourage you… and even the ones who doubt you, because sometimes they’re the reason...

Sippin’ Sunday: Sisters, Sparkle, and Standout Wreaths

Image
Some days just remind you why you do what you do—and today was one of those. I had the absolute joy of hosting a private in-home wreath party for a group of four sisters, and let me tell you—each one brought the heat with their creativity, style, and bold personalities. From the moment the ribbons were unrolled and the grapevine wreaths hit the tables, the laughter started—and didn’t stop. What made this event so special wasn’t just the finished wreaths (although they were stunning, y’all), but how different each one turned out. Four sisters. Four completely unique designs. And every single one was a perfect reflection of the woman behind it. It’s moments like these that make mobile craft parties such a gift. I love seeing people light up as they create, tap into their personal style, and walk away with something they’re proud of. We sipped, we snacked, we tied bows, and we built memories. ๐Ÿ’• ☕ Gratitude Check: For the sisterhood that showed up ready to have fun For the creativit...

Flex Friday: Prepping, Balance, and Counting My Blessings ✨

Image
This week has been all about prepping —getting ready for what’s shaping up to be a very full (and festive!) season. ๐ŸŽ„ Tomorrow, I’ve got another wreath party , and I’m so excited to share photos on Sippin’ Sunday! These parties have been such a blessing—each one has brought new faces, laughter, and creativity. It’s been amazing to watch people come together, make something beautiful, and build a little community in the process. That right there feels like a huge win. ๐Ÿ’– But along with the excitement, there’s also the reality of juggling a lot : ✨ Two markets coming up in December ✨ A glass wrap party with a local church next week ✨ My final wreath party before the holiday season wraps up (no pun intended ๐Ÿ˜‰) So, this week’s focus has been simple: prep and pace myself. Taking inventory, organizing supplies, restocking where needed—all while nursing a pesky cold and managing my usual allergy-season migraines. ๐Ÿซฃ The Lesson This Week ๐Ÿ’ก Even when things are going well—and espe...

☕ Sippin’ Sunday: Showing Up with Heart

Image
This week wasn’t packed with pop-ups or new launches—it was something even more important: showing up where it matters. I started the weekend at the Heart Walk, which reminded me how much I love being part of something bigger. Walking alongside friends, survivors, and supporters grounded me in the work I get to do every day. The rest of the weekend? It wasn’t flashy. It was real life. Taking care of my mom (she is sickies). Making sure she had what she needed. Slowing down when it counted. I kept up with Etsy orders (shoutout to everyone who placed an order—y’all keep me going!), but otherwise, I gave myself the gift of presence. ๐Ÿ’› Sometimes self-care looks like slowing your pace. ๐Ÿ’› Sometimes “productive” means prioritizing the people you love. ๐Ÿ’› And sometimes the most creative fuel doesn’t come from crafting—it comes from connection. So today, I’m sipping slow, soaking in the little things, and getting ready for whatever next week brings. Here’s to love, family, and the kin...

Flex Friday: Success, Inventory, and Staying Ready ๐ŸŽ€✨

Image
Flex Friday this week isn’t loud or flashy — it’s about something that doesn’t always get the spotlight: staying organized so the success can continue. Last weekend, I hosted a wreath party… and it was a huge success. Laughter. Creativity. Women creating something gorgeous with their own hands. My heart was full. ๐Ÿ’– But here’s the part that isn’t glamorous — once the event ended, the work didn’t. I have two more wreath parties over the next two weeks a glass wrap party with a church group two more markets in December (Dec 6 + Dec 10) So as much as I wanted to ride the excitement of the first party forever, this week has been about: ✨ Taking inventory ✨ Organizing supplies ✨ Reordering what’s low (just a few items — nothing major) ✨ Restocking ribbons, wreath frames, and wrap materials ✨ Pre-packing bins so setup is smooth and stress-free Because here’s the truth: Success requires preparation. Fun events only feel effortless when everything behind the scene...

☕ Movin’ Monday: Catching My Breath After a Creative Whirlwind

Image
Last  week was a creative marathon — and every bit of it reminded me why I do what I do. ๐Ÿ’› ✨ We kicked things off with a tween craft party, which was bursting with energy, glitter, and big smiles. ✨ I popped up at a local neighborhood market and made some new connections (and even better — a few future collabs ๐Ÿ‘€). ✨ And the grand finale? A beautiful wreath-making party with 12 amazing humans — 10 ladies and 2 kids — who made my heart so full. Was it exhausting? Heck yes. Was it worth it? Every single second. There’s something special about creating a space where people can come together, relax, and make something beautiful — and I’m so grateful that this little business gives me the chance to do that over and over again. Next week will be my time to rest and recharge — because we’ve got a big holiday season ahead. But for now, I’m holding on to the joy, the laughter, and the quiet moments in between. Here’s to honoring the hustle and the stillness that follows. I’m movin...
