This past week was slower in all the right ways — and honestly, I needed it. I moved my storage to a cheaper spot (hello, budget win 💰) but more than that, it gave me a chance to reorganize everything for my business. Now I’ve got more room in my home office — more space to actually create without digging through bins and boxes. I also got to visit with my nephew/godson who came in from South Carolina 💛, and I even worked an event where I had the chance to talk about my shop and my mobile craft parties — which filled my cup more than I expected. It reminded me that sometimes we don’t need to do more — we just need to clear space for what matters: 🧹 Space to create 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Space for people we love 📦 Space to breathe and reset So today, I’m sipping my coffee and feeling thankful for the quiet, the clutter clearing, and the clarity that came with it. This week, while having my morning coffee and loading new listings, I caught myself thinking… “Am I posting this back-to-school item too early? It’s June!” 🎒✏️ But here’s the thing — as shop owners, we HAVE to think ahead. Customers need time to: ✅ Find us ✅ Save our items to their favorites ✅ Come back when they’re ready to buy I just listed my Teacher Survival Kit (fun canvas bag with a keychain, jumbo paper clip, sanitizer, tissues, pens/pencils, gum + mints). 🎁 It’s the perfect little gift for teachers, but if I waited until August? I’d be late!
